Join our team as an Accounts & Personal Assistant.


Weekly hours: 8.30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Thursday for the first 3 months)

Salary: £24 - 26k salary pro rata

Candidate requirements


  • Excellent phone, email, written and verbal communication
  • Accounts assistant experience
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues as part of a team to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Must be able to follow guidelines closely but also use own initiative if required to work independently
  • Proven ability in planning, prioritising and time management of daily tasks
  • Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook email and calendar systems. CRM training will be given but some experience of this would be of an advantage
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • Have enthusiasm and a proactive attitude




  • Credit Control, manage debtors, identify trends, putting clients on stop
  • Management accounts (monthly), P&L, trends etc, VAT preparation
  • Posting invoices (suppliers) and paying them
  • Liaising with our accountants re Payroll and paying employees
  • Cash flow forecasts / Year End reports /Produce budgets
  • Managing payments with suppliers, streamlining, open A/C terms
  • Reconciliation of payments using Zoho books with HSBC statements
  • Maintain Zoho books in line with CRM
  • PA to Managing Director / Administration / HR Administration
  • Booking flights
  • Conference organisation
