Having a fully trained in-house service engineer means we can provide a quick turn around for your endoscope. As soon as you contact us we can arrange same day pick up of your scope and bring it in to our UK based warehouse for evaluation. 

Alternatively, you can FaceTime us on via our WhatsApp number +44 (0) 7496 914 723 and we can try and resolve as much as we can remotely. The MED Equus team have technical expertise to deal with any issues or advice you many need with your scope.

Our support packages can guarantee like-for-like loan scope and priority repairs to help you avoid consequential loss should you have to turn away business while your scope needs a service or repair.
